The Conner Avenue Assembly Plant - Home Of The Prowler

Prowler is built at DaimlerChrysler's Conner Avenue Assembly Plant, a 300,000-square-foot facility located right in the heart of Detroit's proud, eastside community.

Muscled, exotic shapes loom out of the darkness from parts-staging areas, and the burnished sheen of aluminum alloys reflect the blue overhead lights. The gleaming metallurgy of the high-tech chassis, full-dress engines, trick trannys, and the bric-a-brac of suspension componentry overwhelm the eye.

Probably never before in the American car business has so much horsepower and sharply pointed technology functioned so smoothly in one place.

The Viper GTS Coupe and RT/10 Roadster are built here too, although the separate "assembly" lines at no point intersect.
